STAFFING

An executive (a non-executive) Chairman/President (depending on the nature of the appointment) in the lead, Governors are an eight-member team overseeing  the aim and objectives of the Institute

Appointed and contracted as required, they are listed in register of the Administrative and Academic Dean

Appointed on short-term and part-time basis from suitably FHE students.  In accordance with institute objectives, substantial work is also carried out in partnership with its business partners.

Enlisted as required part-time and flexi-time, now and again, from our linked and tracked agencies around the UK, to work from our centres or from home.

Ably provided by the Community Mission Chaplaincy (A Greater London Ecumenical and Cross-Cultural Project and an Associate Member of the National Council for Voluntary Organisations).

Although by requirement Deanery staff are residential and full-time, the office of the Dean itself – as with those of Management - is honorary. Teaching and administrative staff, however, whether full/part time, are in remunerative positions.  The Institute welcomes volunteers in any of the the four project-based programmes which do not include Further & Higher Education.
