RESOURCES

1. Human & Intellectual Resources

People energy is the primary basis of our resources. Individuals offer voluntary expertise in management and administration, legal and medical, technology and accounting.   Teaching and lecturing staff are engaged and paid part-time, and in this regard strategic use is made of our HE students in the other Programmes.

2. Building & Property Resources

Currently with no premises of its own, the Institute operates departmentally from the residential bases of staff for administrative and tutoring purposes and from colleges  and schools, church and community centres for its teaching/learning activities.

3. CENTRAL TEACHING / LEARNING RESOURCES

Information and Educational Technology are shared between all five Programmes

Library and reading facilities are offered through imaginative and meticulously-organised schemes

Courses are negotiated and designed, with counselling support, as a fundamental and abiding essential of our aims

5. Common Room & Social Resources

On this score, we are reliant on the use of spaces provided by our links and partners. Cost effective in essence, there is no need to increase running costs through capital acquisitions which are expensive to manage and maintain.

As with all modern institutions, our FINANCIAL RESOURCES are vital to our operations. Privately and publicly financed, the Institute welcomes funding for any of its five Programmes, in support of any of the co-lateral resource, as may be enhancing of its central resources and appropriate to its objectives in non-traditional education.

Financial and Funding Rootage are pivotal to our central and co-lateral resources as follows:-

4. Meeting & Conference Resources

For more than a quarter of a century, Institute deliberations could only be conducted at venues of its associated links if not at the residences of its staff. Technological advances with online conferencing have transformed this and enabled transactions to be conducted more in keeping with our modus operandum, reducing the need for irksome and time-consuming travelling.
